Hyperscreen (Excerpt) at Ars Electronica Festival / Linz

"Hyperscreen [Testpattern]" is an artwork that explores the technical boundaries of the media facade of the Ars Electronica Center and pushing the limits of human perception. Through the use of fast-paced, colorful images, the artist creates a visual experience that is both mesmerizing and challenging.

The work switches between a state, where every pixel in the work is in constant motion, constantly changing from frame to frame, and a state of radical order, creating an even more disorienting and engaging viewing experience. The high-contrast images and flickering effects add to the sense of visual noise, creating an even bigger immersion.

Through this experimental and provocative approach to the media facade, the artist invites the viewer to question the potential of technology to create immersive and engaging experiences. "Hyperscreen [Testpattern]" offers a unique and thrilling exploration of the potential of the media facade.
